I don’t know about you but I find cooking a chore. Putting that ontop of homeschooling makes my day. Then tell me I don’t even have all my ingredients. Now thats a recipe for disaster. Luckily, there are some really tasty dishes I can belt out with very little in my cupboard.

I also have a good friend who is a chef. Sylvan Le Gleud is posting his food on his facebook page, which he has let me post here. Below is the first.

If you have leftover bread this is a good one

Mix together chopped parsley, garlic,olive oil and  your old bread. Place over each tomato and  bake in  a medium oven for 15 minutes.

How easy is that?
